Sowing the seed of the Gospel into the Heart of the Next Generation

The 2nd UofN Jeju children/youth English(memorizing scripture) camp was held in UofN Jeju b yLearning Center Ministry from 11th August to 16th August. 48 students from Jeju and other part of Korea including 4 Chinese students(children/youth) and 2 non-Christians participated this camp. 12 UofN Jeju staff and 10 volunteers from Korea, China, Vietnam, Japan and etc served this camp.

Students got to know God deeply by memorizing John 1:1~18 in English throughout the camp. Also, they got to know each other and learned how to achieve unity through outdoor activity, preparing busking.

“It was meaningful time. They also did evangelism at Sinheung Beach(Jeju) through memorizing scripture, worship, busking(outdoor performance), and handing over fliers and evangelic fans,” Kyung Ah Jung(leader of learning center ministry), who prepared and organized this camp said.

“Watching students growing to become Evangelist by putting the word of God in their hearts was really meaningful and enjoyable. I was thankful to see students achieving oneness through preparing busking late night after all programs were over and also early in the morning and teaming up with Chinese friends preparing, doing performance, and preaching the Gospel.”

This camp were prepared with beautiful devotions of volunteers. Daniel(American English teacher)and his wife, Woori came from Vietnam to serve this camp. Elaine(Philippine English teacher) is working in Japan but she used her vacation to serve this camp.
